Pilgrim’s University

Pilgrim’s Mexico University Program offers team members an opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills that position them for growth within the Company. The program offers team members diplomas in administration, production supervision, process supervision and leadership. In 2018, 12,034 team members took advantage of this opportunity and expanded their skills in areas of interest from effective communication to enhanced customer services to business intelligence. In total, Pilgrim’s Mexico University provided more than 30,000 hours of training to team members.
