PROFEPA Environmental Commitment

In November 2018, PROFEPA awarded Pilgrim’s Mexico the “Recognition of Environmental Commitment” along with 32 companies whose production processes and activities apply an environmental strategy aimed at sustainability. This award was given to the Pilgrim’s Mexico environmental team for partaking in and having the largest number of facilities certified to the National Environmental Audit Program, maintaining its social commitment, generating wealth in a green economy and offering economic development under the constant protection of natural resources.
